What Type of Investment Do You Offer?


We offer our investors Trust Deed Investment loans ranging in amount from $50,000 to $3,000,000. For a nominal optional fee, we will also service your Trust Deed Investment loan, which includes collecting the borrower’s payments on your behalf, performing any collection efforts such as sending late notices, and assisting with payoffs. We offer short- and medium-term secured notes


  • Interest bearing notes with maturities ranging from 6 months to 3 years
  • The amount of interest paid on each note will vary, but you can expect yields from 7.99% to 12.99% annually
  • Fixed Rate and Step Interest Rate Notes
  • Loan amounts ranging from $50,000 to $3,000,000


After each loan is secured, you will receive:


  • A certified promissory note
  • A Recorded Deed of Trust, which provides you with a secured lien against the property
  • Liability insurance policy endorsement: accidents happens and insurance can protect you
  • Title insurance policy to insure your investment
