Scott Clift is the Founder and Broker/Owner of Westpark Loans, where his company helps real estate investors and self-employed borrowers secure financing that actually works for them. No bloated underwriting checklists. No W-2 tunnel vision. Just smart, flexible lending that gets deals done.

He’s been in the game since 1994—real estate, lending, finance, and tech leadership across both startups and billion-dollar enterprises. Before founding Westpark, Scott spent 13 years in multi-family acquisitions, mortgage lending, and property management, giving him a 360° view of what borrowers actually need—not just what the bank wants to see.

Over the past 30+ years, he’s closed hundreds of deals and helped investors across the country scale portfolios, build cash flow, and stop getting punished for being entrepreneurs. His specialties include DSCR loans, bank statement programs, fix & flip financing, and private lending strategies for real estate investors who live outside the box.

Scott holds a degree in Finance (with an Accounting minor) from Oklahoma State University, plus an Organizational Leadership certification from UC Irvine. He’s a licensed Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Loan Originator, and Realtor in California.

When he’s not running Westpark, Scott also leads IT Customer Success at Mercury Insurance—a $5B public company—where he supports over 8,000 users and drives AI and digital transformation initiatives across the enterprise.
