Christian Barnard is a Loan Originator at Westpark Loans, specializing in helping investors and homebuyers navigate the mortgage process with clarity and confidence. Based in Southern California, Christian works with clients across the state on a range of loan programs including conventional financing, DSCR investment loans, and hard money lending.

Christian graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. During his senior year, he interned at Westpark Loans, gaining direct exposure to real estate lending from underwriting fundamentals to client communication — experience that gave him a strong foundation before transitioning to his full-time role on the team.

While at CSUF, Christian was active in several student organizations, where he developed skills in marketing, event coordination, and professional networking. Those experiences reinforced what he now applies daily in his lending practice: listening carefully, communicating clearly, and following through.

As the newest member of the Westpark Loans team, Christian brings a client-first approach and a genuine enthusiasm for real estate finance. He works closely with both first-time borrowers and experienced investors, helping each client understand their options and move through the loan process with confidence.
