First, call and speak with one of our licensed senior loan officers to begin the application process. We will conduct a quick phone interview to get a better understanding of your goals and financial scenario. This process only takes a few minutes and once we’ve gathered all of your information we will move the application to the approval process.
Immediately following your application we begin the approval process. Our staff and underwriters will work diligently to find the loan programs that best suit your needs and goals. The loan approval stage is much quicker than conventional lenders and we usually have an answer within 24 hours. We understand that time is of the essence for our clients. Once your loan has been approved, we will begin the appraisal process of the property. The appraiser, using their expertise in the field, will give their valuation based on other comparable properties in the market. We will then underwrite for final approval and send all final loan documents to escrow for signing and closing.
Once we’ve completed the approval process, you’re ready to fund your new loan. Our underwriters will draw up your loan documents and send them to a notary near your location. The notary will contact you to schedule an appointment to come meet you at your convenience. After you’ve completed signing the loan documents they will be returned to our funding department and we will work tirelessly to get it funded. We can close loans in as little as 48 hours.
